been double terraced using timber. The homeowner wanted it replaced with stone. |

| A water feature was added to the design, and was constructed in the original location of the steps. |

| A wood deck was taken down and replaced with a flagstone patio, which ties into the water feature via flagstone steps. |

| Finally, a walkway leading from the drive to the patio was created using flagstone and decorative landscape stone. |
